Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order or subscription by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. For daily meals, cancellations made after the food preparation has started (typically 8:00 AM for lunch) cannot be honored.

2. Refund Policy

One-Time Orders: Once an order is prepared or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Subscriptions: If you wish to cancel a monthly subscription midway, we will deduct the cost of meals already consumed at the standard non-subscription daily rate. The remaining balance will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

3. Quality Issues

If you have a genuine complaint regarding the quality of food, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photos. We will verify the issue and may provide a replacement meal or a credit for the next order at our discretion.
